The free BaZi calculator is designed for people who want a private first experience. Your birth chart is calculated locally in your browser.
Free chart data
The free calculator does not use a backend. Your name, birth date, and birth hour stay in your browser while you use the page. Mystic East does not store free chart data and does not require an account.
Newsletter
The Element Guide signup is optional. When configured, email signup is handled by Buttondown or a similar email provider. Only enter your email if you want the guide.
Paid readings
Paid reading checkout is handled by PayPal. PayPal processes the payment information, and Mystic East uses the approved purchase to unlock the selected browser-generated report. Do not enter birth details unless you are comfortable using them for the report experience.
The current static site does not run a server-side account system. Before expanding paid delivery, add server-side order verification and a durable delivery record.
Analytics
The site includes a Plausible Analytics placeholder in comments. Analytics should stay privacy-friendly and should not collect birth details.
